She is a member of the global CEO & Board of Directors, Human Resources Officers, Consumer, and Industrial practices and co-lead of the European Building Products sector. She has strong functional expertise recruiting sales and marketing officers and CHROs. Anne Mette has 15 years of executive search experience specializing in high-level executive and board placements, assessments of national and international profiles, and other leadership advisory services. With a keen eye for stakeholder value and cultural fit, she is engaged in all C-suite roles as well as board recruitment and evaluation. She is a trusted advisor to Scandinavian, European, and multinational companies including public as well as family-and foundation-owned companies, listed and private equity-backed companies. During her 15 years conducting high-level executive search assignments, Anne Mette has placed CEOs, board members and CxOs in national and international companies with public companies and institutions, family-and foundation-owned companies as well as private equity backed and listed corporations. She joined Heidrick & Struggles from another executive search firm. Prior to her career in executive search, Anne Mette headed all executive master programs at Copenhagen Business School, including the executive MBA program and the full-time MBA for several years. She started her career at Danfoss as a graduate, developing into roles of increasingly complex scope.
