Based in Bangalore, CK Guruprasad (Guru) brings more than 25 years of experience to his work with clients and candidates. As a member of Spencer Stuart's Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Technology Officer practices, Guru specializes in helping clients across industries achieve technology-driven transformation. Guru has been a search consultant for over a decade and has led technology and digital leadership searches across the software, financial services, industrial and business services sectors. He has worked extensively with a wide range of GCCs (global capability centres) of global MNCs in India, by helping them build their leadership teams, and contributing to their change agenda by bringing on board transformational leaders. Earlier, Guru co-founded and ran a banking technology solutions company in Mumbai, gaining experience in strategy, organization building and client development. Guru sits on the board of Credence Analytics, the company that he helped co-found. He received a bachelor’s degree in Physics from DG Ruparel College in Mumbai and an M.B.A. from XLRI Jamshedpur. Guru is fluent in over four Indian languages and conducts weekend classes and workshops in spirituality & philosophy.
