Biography
Sarah Minor-Massy is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She is a diversity, equity & inclusion specialist and a trained behavioral scientist with 15 years of experience consulting on a broad range of human capital topics in Europe and the U.S. Sarah advises clients on topics such as preparing executives to lead on DE&I, diversifying their talent pipelines, building more inclusive cultures, debiasing systems, and using data analytics to better define DE&I problems and measure impact. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sarah spent four years working at the intersection of DE&I and applied behavioral science for a series of global clients, including FMCG, industrial, big tech, and financial services firms. Her area of expertise is in workplace behavior change, specifically helping leaders and organizations to align their DE&I intentions and outcomes through behavior change and systemic alignment. Sarah spent a decade at a Big 4 consulting firm in the U.S. where she initially led large-scale organizational transformations for public sector organizations. Later, Sarah designed and delivered innovative executive experiences, drawing on non-traditional disciplines such as ethnography, design, and behavioral science, to disrupt status quo thinking and accelerate leaders’ abilities to solve their most challenging problems. At the start of her career, Sarah spent several years living and teaching English in Asia and working in non-profit organizations.
