Serving as a core member of the Financial Officer & Global Technology Practices, Mr. Lamp focuses on supporting Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officers to build best-in-class teams by recruiting for all senior-level finance positions, including Chief Financial Officers, Chief Accounting Officers/Corporate Controllers, Treasurers, Internal Audit leaders, Tax management and other division finance executives. Throughout Mr. Lamp's tenure at Korn Ferry, he has led numerous prominent engagements across the technology, consumer, and industrial sectors, focusing on Fortune 1000 companies, PE backed portfolio work, and private family companies. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Lamp participated in a Fortune 100 Finance Leadership Development Program, working in various financial disciplines including FP&A, Audit, and Controllership. Mr. Lamp received his Bachelor's Degree in Finance and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida.
