Edward has worked in Executive Search for over 20 years, both in the UK and in Australia since 2003. In that time he has conducted projects at CEO, regional management, main board and equity partner level, across Professional services, Technology and Financial services, including Investment Banking, Sovereign Wealth and Industry Funds. Edward has led global and regional research projects including acquisition, team lifts and diversity studies. Edward joined Sheffield Haworth from nbi Consulting and sits within the Consulting and Professional services practice focussed on mandates across APAC. Prior to nbi, Edward was with Sheffield Haworth for 3 years. His earlier career included being the Head of Talent services APAC for a global human capital and consulting firm, Head of Research EMEA with a boutique Executive Search firm. His career began at IBM. Edward holds a Bachelor of Human Resources Management degree (Hons) from the University of Plymouth Business School. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. (FCIPD). He has mentored financially disadvantaged students for over 15 years, including with The Prince’s Trust.
