Biography
Based in San Francisco, Christine Nalty excels at completing Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer searches for technology companies. As a devoted mother of three, Christine brings a passion for hiring women and mothers into the C-suite. Some of Christine’s recent assignments include hiring a Chief People Officer for a high-growth software company, a Chief Financial Officer for a disruptive SaaS company, and a Chief Diversity Officer for a leading technology company.
Christine joined Russell Reynolds Associates from cloud provider Box, where she was the Senior Business Development Manager. In this role, she actively advanced strategic partnerships with Box’s most influential partners, including Microsoft, Apple, and Google. Prior to this, Christine was an associate at BlackRock, where she developed relationships with, and oversaw investments for, institutional investors, including pension plans, foundations, and endowments in the US and Canada. Christine began her career as an analyst in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley, where she managed investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals in New York and San Francisco.
Christine earned her BA in English from Yale University, where she won an NCAA Division 1 Women’s Rowing Championship.
