Biography
Daniel was brought on board to Korn Ferry in 2013 to start-up the Advisory business in Peru, successfully creating local team capabilities, building key client relationships, and progressively driving revenue growth. In early 2018 Daniel joined the NA Transformational Leadership team working from the Miami, FL office, engaging in key roles for global Leadership Development and Assessment projects, while creating new business in NA and with LATAM corporate hubs that operate from South Florida. Further expanding on this role, as of 2019 Daniel leads the Korn Ferry Leadership Development practice for SAM, engaging with key accounts and bridging global best practices across the region.
Daniel has a varied international experience in the design and custom implementation of leadership development and talent management programs. He specializes in competency modeling and its applications in development, selection, performance management and succession, as well as in instructional design, senior leader program facilitation, and executive coaching.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2013, Daniel developed and executed talent management consulting projects for five years at the Chicago Transit Authority, Otavala Consulting and Vanguardia Empresarial.
He has developed leadership training programs and played strategic roles linking quantifiable results to individual and team performance using competency modeling and specialized data monitoring systems for tracking, measuring and analyzing operational level metrics.
Daniel is a licensed clinical psychologist from the University of Lima and an industrial-organizational practitioner with a Masters in I/O Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He holds several certifications and professional training including Advanced Level Psychotherapist in Behavioral Emotive Rational Therapy from the Albert Ellis Institute of New York, Workitect- Building Competency Models Certification, viaEdge™, KF4D™, Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential™, TalentCoaching®, Leader as Coach®, and KF360®.
In addition, Daniel has executive training in self-management with the Human Performance Institute. He is Fluent in Spanish and English.
