In the area of operations, John's expertise is in supply chain—encompassing manufacturing, transportation, and distribution—and procurement. John also has significant experience with helping companies throughout all stages of the M&A life cycle, from due diligence to premerger planning, to postmerger integration. John has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University and an MBA from Georgia State University, and he is Certified in Production and Inventory Management.
