With significant professional recruitment experience both in the UK and Australia, I began my career in London specialising in recruiting niche Knowledge and Change Management professionals predominantly within the consultancy environments, before moving into a busy internal RPO role with global corporate solutions provider managing large scale accounts across Sales and Marketing. On my arrival in Melbourne, I began my HR Recruitment career and haven’t looked back since. I have recruited across a broad range of professionalisms and am passionate about forming long-lasting business relationships and talent networks across the HR community. I possess a strong understanding of what stakeholders of an HR function expect. My clients, on numerous occasions have become my candidates and vice versa.
