Leigh Ann Arthur is a Senior Consultant within the Netherlands team as well as a member of the International Retail & Consumer Sector team. While she resides in the Netherlands, she focuses on Executive Search solutions for globally oriented international clients, consistently providing an increased return on clients’ hiring investments. Leigh Ann began working at Mercuri Urval in 2021. Prior to joining MU, Leigh Ann founded her own Executive Search firm where she provided internationally known companies top leader talent needed for their long-term talent strategies. Prior to this Leigh Ann also worked for boutique executive search firms where she led mid to senior-level assignments across Consumer and B2B businesses. Earlier in her career, Leigh Ann garnered experience in Sales, Marketing & Communications, and New Product Development. She has lived and worked within Europe for the last 20 years while also keeping a pulse on the state of business in North America. Leigh Ann received her Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Northern Illinois University in the United States.
