Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Saito worked as a Partner in strategic consulting group at a major US IT company covering Human Resources Management. Her areas of coverage are HR strategy, Global leader development, Executive assessment, Global talent management, BPO and cognitive HR. She is also a certified GCDF Career Counselor. Ms. Saito holds a B.A. degree in Liberal Art from the International Christian University.
