His rich business background and experience leading transformations bring practical insight and uncommon versatility to clients. Prior to joining Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company, Joe led enterprise-level culture revitalization at FedEx. He worked directly with the CEO, CIO and senior executive team to influence transformation across the globe. This spanned five operating companies and integration of a complex $4.8B global acquisition. His multi-functional team was responsible for comprehensive culture strategy, implementation, and internal consulting. He saw firsthand the power of organizational culture to drive innovation, collaboration, and inspiration that lead to improved bottom-line performance. In his 20 years with FedEx, Joe held leadership positions across culture, marketing, communications, and finance. Most of his career has involved advising senior leaders on strategic matters.
