Vidya Mahadevan is a member of Russell Reynolds' Financial Services and Human Resources Practices, where she leads senior executive search and leadership assessment and advisory assignments across geographies and with industry-leading clients in the public, private, non-profit and private equity backed space. Based in New York, Vidya joined Russell Reynolds Associates from McKinsey & Company, where she served clients ranging from Fortune 500 to private equity backed organizations on several topics at the intersection of digital and organizational excellence, including organization design, strategy and turnarounds, digital strategy and operations, business transformation and change management, M&A, and DEI. Prior to joining McKinsey, she worked in various business analytics, risk and operations roles with Capital One globally and in the Microfinance sector in India. Vidya holds an MBA in Finance and Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School, an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania, and a BE with honors in Electronics and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
