Álvaro López-Barahona is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services and Private Equity practices based in Madrid and operating across EMEA. He works with clients in the banking, asset management, insurance, private equity and tech space. Alvaro is an expert in executive search, assessment, and leadership consulting. He also supports clients across their portfolio businesses and new acquisition opportunities they encounter. Álvaro earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad CEU San Pablo and an MBA from IESE Business School.
