Biography
Mr. Cheung brings over twenty years of business experience to the Firm. He specializes in the areas of coaching, assessment, and facilitation. His broad exposure to diverse business roles, including corporate planning, finance, technical, and general management with profit and loss accountability gives him deep insights into leadership development needs from both individual leader and organizational points of view.
Mr. Cheung's consulting philosophy is grounded in the belief that people are the defining asset ultimately determining corporate success. In the coaching arena, Mr. Cheung encourages an experiential learning process so his clients can sufficiently reflect on their strengths to help generate action-oriented, personalized plans that achieve compelling goals.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Cheung served as a general manager in corporate planning and development for Hong Kong Telecom, general manager at Unicom Yellow Pages Limited, and vice president of directory services and international projects at PCCW Limited.
Mr. Cheung is an associate certified coach with the International Coach Federation, and a member of the British Psychological Society, the Hong Kong Psychological Society, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers.
Mr. Cheung holds a post-graduate certification in coaching psychology from the University of East London; a master's degree in occupational psychology from the University of Sheffield; a master's degree in applied psychology from the City University of Hong Kong; a master of business administration degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong; and a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
