Shana Schneider is a trusted advisor to leaders of public, private and nonprofit organizations building long-term relationships and creating innovative, organizational solutions. Based in Boston, she has over a decade of experience in communications, entrepreneurship, and program creation. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Shana founded Fitstyle by Shana, where she developed and implemented a custom wellness program for individuals and corporations. Prior to Fitstyle, Shana managed a portfolio of clients in higher education at Technolutions, a leader in enrollment and advancement operations for higher education institutions. Her career encompasses several leadership positions at Yale University including the director of communications for the office of international affairs and the deputy director for the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute. Shana holds a BA in English from Yale University.
