Vijuraj Eranazhath is a senior member of the firm’s Industrial & Natural Resources Sector and leads the Supply Chain Officers Practice for the region. He works with domestic and multinational corporations on CEO, COO, CHRO and other senior leadership roles, specializing in driving leadership transformation at the intersection of technology and operations. Based in Mumbai, Vijuraj brings extensive experience in strategy formulation, organizational change, operational improvement and on-the-ground implementation. Vijuraj has more than a decade of management consulting experience across sectors, geographies and critical business areas, working with CXOs and their teams in driving transformation. Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Vijuraj was a project leader with the Boston Consulting Group, specializing in operations and supply chain transformation across sectors including metals and mining, industrial goods and healthcare in India and the US. Previously, he spent six years with KPMG Management Consulting, working across sectors ranging from financial services to telecom. Vijuraj holds a BTech in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
