Gad Azuelos brings extensive experience helping leaders solve complex strategy execution and organization design challenges, with a focus on context such as Acquisitions, Divestitures or Complex Transformation situations. His work frequently spans multiple domains, connecting the dots between strategy execution, leadership alignment and development, organization design, talent management, and change management. He also brings significant experience operating across multiple countries and cultures, having worked extensively with multinational organizations and lived in China, India, Africa and the Middle East for 15 years. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he held senior roles for a leading business and strategy consulting firm in Paris. Gad Azuelos earned a Master Degree in Management from Paris IX-Dauphine University.
