With more than 12 years of experience in executive search, she specializes in hedge funds, wealth management, global markets, and insurance, as well as in leadership development across many industries. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Léssel was a partner in an executive search boutique. She was also a director in another multinational search firm and spent 5 years in one of the leading executive search firms in Brazil. She is particularly knowledgeable about the Infinity Framework and the firm’s proprietary tools. Léssel started her career as a private practice psychologist, skilled in psychoanalysis, with a demonstrated history of working in different clinical settings for adults and teenagers, as well as a career counsel for executives. She is also a professional certified coach from the Integrated Coaching Institute.
