Gus has expertise in organizational behavioral change, talent development, Inclusion and Diversity strategy, executive compensation, employee engagement, performance planning, M&A integration, HR technology (Workday implementation), talent acquisition, strategic communication, and total rewards.
His industry client relationship management and consulting background include a focus on financial services (both domestic and global), as well healthcare, higher education, government contracting (FFRDCs), consumer products and advisory services.
Most recently, Gus was the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Enablement for a corporation specializing in government advisory services and research.
Gus' corporate experience, and past consulting assignments, include the transformation of each phase of the employee life cycle while providing advocacy and vision to executive leadership teams and Boards.
Gus holds Bachelor and Masters' degrees in Behavioral Psychology, Business and Communication from Sacred Heart and Fordham Universities. He has been a featured speaker at national and regional industry conferences and quoted in industry publications and video segments on the topic of transformational change, engagement, talent development and organizational communication.
