Chris is a Principal Consultant in Dartmouth’s Human Resource practice. He utilises his existing relationships with hyper-growth businesses to help grow and build their respective HR & Talent Teams. He operates as a partner to help identify the very best talent in the HR market. Having spent over five years in recruitment, Chris is experienced in helping scaling businesses attract top talent at speed. He prides himself on being a great source of knowledge whilst building strong, honest, and long-lasting relationships. Regardless of level, he works tirelessly to find the best candidates for the roles. Chris studied Accounting & Finance at the University of the West England before beginning his recruitment career, initially in the early-careers space before specialising in Human Resources. Outside of work, Chris plays rugby with the Kings Cross Steelers where he is also their Director of Events & Fundraising.
