I’ve spent half of my career life making dreams come true and building leaders who make a difference in the Life Science arena. I am passionate about understanding your aspirations and making strategic decisions as your talent manager and consultant. The next half of it was to work with current leaders of organizations on their succession planning and boosting up their team with the right fit talents that has made tremendous impact not only to the organizations, but to the healthcare space as a whole. I enjoy working with people who are equally passionate and aggressive as I am and I strongly believe in the symbiotic cycle of being able to value add to each other’s growth.
