Her mission is to help clients with their most pressing talent needs through leveraging expertise and knowledge across Korn Ferry’s consulting business. Working closely with key stakeholders, Iria aims to ensure a viable and value-add service to the business by defining and driving the strategy, processes, content, and technology relating to knowledge sharing and IC development, which will have a direct impact on the delivery capability of the firm. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Iria spent +22 years at Oliver Wyman, where she held a global Senior Team Manager role and a global Operations and Process Improvement Lead role within Knowledge Services. Her areas of expertise are knowledge management, business process management, knowledge systems design, project management, team management, leadership and learning and development. Having held global roles and worked with direct reports across many countries, Iria brings a global approach to working seamlessly across borders. Iria has also held teaching roles, as Oliver Wyman Faculty, as Associate Professor at Universitat de Barcelona and as SME Professor at National Library Association of Catalunya. Iria holds a bachelor’s degree in Library Science and a Masters Degree in Knowledge Management from Universitat de Barcelona, as well as a Business Process Management certification by Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya.
