Karen Hawitt is a Amrop Rosin’s partner for Western Canada. Karen brings over 20 years consulting experience in Executive Search. She started her career in Bermuda, focusing on Financial Services and Re-Insurance. Karen a native Calgarian, returned to Calgary in 2006 and led the West for a Global Executive Search firm which was part of the Amrop family. As of March 2022, Karen has joined Amrop Rosin and specializes in top management positions. Karen was born and raised in Calgary, and recently returned after 7 years in Osoyoos BC. Karen appreciates the importance of long-term relationships with her clients and worked with clients across Canada and the US and Caribbean. Karen was a partner in a boutique search firm working within a diverse range of industries including Life Sciences, Private Equity, Financial Services and Health Care and Energy. Karen studied Art History in France and Italy, and completed her education at the University of Calgary. Karen has served on the Board of Directors for Rotary Club in Osoyoos, and Parks Foundations Calgary. Outside of work, Karen enjoys golf, traveling, skiing and spends countless hours in theatres watching her daughter dance.
