Before joining AIMS 2021, Rudolf worked in the telecommunication industry for 30+ years. He started his career as an officer at the German Airforce. After many years there he has held different management positions in the telecommunication industry, among others CTO at EWE Tel GmbH and Managing Director at Ericsson. As an associated partner in AIMS he will use his telecommunication network to contribute to AIMS goal to “Find&Grow your Leaders” for the telecommunication area. Rudolf speaks German and English fluent and some French and Spanish.
