As a member of DHR’s Consumer and Industrial Practice groups, Julian specializes in identifying top senior executives and executing search mandates across a broad range of consumer and industrial companies. Julian has more than 15 years of experience in executive search and has successfully executed engagements for clients ranging in size from mid-sized organizations, to private equity-owned legal entities, to large, publicly held corporations. He also has a passion for serving independent and family-owned companies seeking outstanding talent. Working with clients in Germany, across Europe and globally, Julian has a specialized focus on the mechanical engineering sector. Additionally, he has deep knowledge of the European consumer sector and a strong track record serving clients in the retail and e-commerce space in addition to digital companies. Julian is successful in building strong client relationships and in creating added value for his clients. Julian first entered the search business at a leading German research firm, where he contributed to searches in various sectors. He then joined the international executive search firm Odgers Berndtson as a member of the Global IT & Technology Practice. From there, Julian joined the international executive search firm Korn Ferry, where he was a member of the Global Consumer Practice. Most recently, he was a Consultant at a national search boutique, responsible for the acquisition and execution of search assignments for consumer and industrial clients. Julian holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
