Dani Aaron, based in New York, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer, Technology, and Communications practices. She is a valued advisor to clients, drawing on extensive management experience at high-growth companies to help them recruit and onboard topnotch operations and marketing officers. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Dani spent many years at Uber, holding multiple marketing and operational management roles in its mobility and delivery businesses. She was among the ridesharing pioneer’s first 500 employees, and part of the team that introduced Uber to New York. Most recently, Dani was the Director of Marketing and Sales Operations at Gopuff, an on-demand consumer goods and food delivery startup. Earlier in her career, she worked in publishing, and freelanced in Montreal, New York, and Paris. Dani earned a BA in sociology and communications from McGill University, where she was an Honor Society student. A bilingual dual Canadian/American citizen, she retains strong ties to her hometown of Montreal. Outside the office, Dani loves traveling with her husband and daughter, enjoys interior design, and is an aspiring golfer.
