Biography
Ms. Dieterman is experienced in creation and change of Reward strategies, designing and / or aligning Total Reward practices to match the change or challenge the client is facing.
Ms. Dieterman has experience in inhouse generalist and specialist HR roles, and in inhouse Reward roles in global, regional and local responsibility. She connects business challenges to reward solutions and the broader HR practices, as performance management and organization design.
Ms. Dieterman advises clients about design and change of Reward practices, focusing on both strategic and more tactical alignment to existing HR practices.
Her experience lies in HR for Divestment & Acquisition as well as mergers and close-downs and employment conditions. Her experience extends from change of employer brand (EVP) to legal / regulatory change.
Her sector specialization is the financial sector and implementation of regulatory compensation. She has strong conceptual skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ms. Dieterman holds a Master degree in Culture, Organization and Management from VU University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, with a specialization in International Business and Languages.
She finalized the Global Reward Management programme at Vlerick Business School in Belgium and obtained her CIPD Level 7 certification for Organisation Design & Development in the United Kingdom in 2017.
She has experience in inhouse Generalist HR and Reward roles at ING Bank, HEINEKEN and A.P. Moller-Maersk.
