Lisa is a partner in True's Consumer practice and specializes in high-growth businesses at all stages from series A startups through publicly traded companies. Before joining True, Lisa worked at Gopuff as a director of executive recruiting, where she was helping to build the in-house capabilities while delivering on high-impact roles. Lisa also worked at Korn Ferry where she started as a sector leader in the consumer market and then launched the NA digital practice (COE) for their professional search line of business. She and her team focused on digital marketing, e-commerce, omnichannel, digital transformation, digital product and more across all verticals. Lisa also sat on the marketing steering committee and delivered on traditional marketing, GTM and creative searches. Prior to Korn Ferry, Lisa worked at a boutique contingent firm that specialized in marketing and advertising. Her career started in advertising before segueing into search. Lisa graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communications. She lives in the Greater Chicago area with her husband, son, daughter and Irish Doodle.
