Biography
Mr. Yacoub has delivered successful solutions to a wide range of clients across diverse industries in the ME region and internationally. His experience is in various industries such as Huwai and Saudi Telecom (Telecom), United Arab Shipping Company (Shipping and Ports Services), the Jordanian Social Security Investment Unit, the Palestinian Investment Fund and SAGIA (Public Sector) and others.
He worked with a major utility company to develop reward consulting, including job families design, and mapping of over 10,000 employee's to the framework. He also worked in telecommunications in KSA, providing consulting related to organisational effectiveness and reward issues.
During his career, Mr. Yacoub has worked on organizational development, HR function development and Reward management. He has focused on organizational analysis, including development of job descriptions, families, and career paths. Mr. Yacoub has experience in job evaluation, using the renowned Korn Ferry Evaluation Methodology to assist companies in sizing their jobs.
Mr. Yacoub also has experience in reward management, helping organizations attract, retain, and motivate employees, and career development, with routes and systems that ensure sustainability of organizations.
He holds a BSc Degree in industrial engineering - industrial management, which enables him to understand the industrial environment.
