James is a Partner and leads Leathwaite’s Asia operations. With over twenty years in Asia James has worked with a range of corporate, financial services (banking, asset & wealth management, private equity, FinTech and insurance) and professional services clients across their regional and country CEO requirements as well as broader C-level technology, operations, innovation, digital, data & transformation and advisory leadership needs. James is closely involved in several of the firm’s key client relationships across the region in addition to leading the regional Professional Services practice. James joined Leathwaite in 2016 from Spencer Stuart, where he spent seven years in the financial services and financial officer practices. James brings to his search work broad international experience, earned over his time in Asia and through previous executive search roles in London and Frankfurt. James is a Member of the Council of the Asia Pacific and the Middle East, Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).
