Ms. Lance has partnered with numerous Executives to drive transformational improvements in business value creation, through the co-creation and successful execution of new strategies and enhancements to their operating model. She has worked extensively with leading technology, industrial, and life sciences organizations. Ms. Lance brings extensive experience helping leaders solve complex strategy execution and organization design challenges, with a particular focus on digital and business transformation, rapid growth, and mergers and acquisitions Her work frequently spans multiple domains, connecting the dots between strategy execution, leadership alignment and development, organization design, talent management, and change management. Mr. Lance also brings significant experience operating across multiple countries and cultures, having worked extensively with multinational organizations in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held senior roles for multiple global consulting firms and internal consulting practices. Ms. Lance is a seasoned executive coach and strategist that specializes in preparing senior executives to lead transformational change. Ms. Lance earned a M.S. and B.S. from Southern Illinois University. She is a Certified Executive Coach. She also holds multiple certifications in change management and has served as an instructor and guest speaker on this topic for over 20 years.
