Based in Frankfurt, Lea Bolz is active in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice, focusing on automotive, machinery, and high tech. Furthermore, she leads the Human Resources Practice in Germany. She brings considerable experience in setting up corporate functions across industries. Lea’s emphasis is on helping leaders evolve and succeed in disruptive times by developing appropriate organizational structures and governance approaches to meet business and cultural challenges, in addition to increasing diversity on executive teams. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Lea was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company based in Frankfurt. She focused on advising clients in Europe and the U.S. on organizational transformations and setting up governance models. Lea earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Goethe University in Frankfurt and a Master of Science degree in management science from the HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management before completing a doctorate in behavioral strategy from Philipps University in Marburg. While studying, she also spent semesters abroad in the U.S. and Denmark.
