With over 15 years' experience in search, Simon has significant expertise advising clients regarding these key disciplines, both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Simon served at another leading executive search firm where he led the European legal, risk and compliance practice. Previously, Simon was a founding director of a boutique search firm following an earlier career in the legal profession. He earned a law degree from Newcastle University.
