Michael Van Impe partners with clients to assess and develop leaders and implement meaningful organizational transformations. Based in Brussels, he brings more than 25 years of leadership advisory experience working with boards and executive teams across sectors to assess performance and implement organizational transformation. Previously, Michael co-led the HR transformation and change management team at PwC. In that role, he led projects in organizational transformation, executive assessments, and top team development. Before that, he led the leadership development and top team performance practice for Belgium and Luxembourg at another global executive search firm. Michael has also held executive-level client solutions and professional development roles at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), EMEA. He is a co-author of the book Inside the Leader's Mind (2017) and a guest lector at KU Leuven Faculty of Economics and Business. Michael holds an MS in business economics from KU Leuven and an MA in organizational psychology from Columbia University. As an Executive Coach, he is also accredited in several psychometric instruments.
