Jessica DeOliveira is Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives and Client Delivery Excellence. Based in New York, Jessica plays a critical leadership role within the organization to spearhead Raines’ transformation, optimization, and continued growth. Working closely with the company’s Senior Leadership Team, she focuses on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the business. Jessica also supports select client assignments across the Consumer Practice. Jessica brings a wide range of regional and international experiences to the executive search industry. She has lived, worked, and studied in Rabat, Morocco, and Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and possesses extensive knowledge of the Middle East & North Africa. In addition to her native English, she speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic and is conversational in Korean.
