Todd has over 20 years of experience in process consulting, executive coaching, and large-scale change with a focus on leadership, team, and organizational development. During this career, he has partnered with the C-Suite, executive leadership, and top teams of companies ranging in size from start-ups to Global 1000 organizations across a wide swath of industries. An expert in team effectiveness, Todd brings proven processes and deep experience in leadership development and organizational change to help today’s leaders navigate a more rapidly changing world. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Todd co-founded Nvolv, a boutique consultancy where he designed, led, and facilitated engagements that addressed strategic, operational, or cultural challenges – all within the framework and context of elevating leadership, building community, and learning new ways to collaborate. Prior to his career as a process consultant and executive coach, Todd founded several Internet start-ups focusing on early social media technology and e-learning applications. He currently lives in southern New England with his wife and two sons. Todd graduated from Tufts University (Medford, MA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology-Psychology.
