Jane Harlen is a Partner specialising in senior appointments across the education sector and heading up the Odgers Berndtson Schools Practice in Australia. Leading international searches for a wide range of universities, schools and other education-focused organisations, she partners with her clients, supporting them as they position themselves for the future by making informed and successful leadership appointments. She is experienced in advising Boards and Councils. Prior to search, Jane held senior positions in London and Sydney, including for PwC and the BBC. She brings functional expertise in strategy, institutional transformation, change management, market positioning and customer service. Her industry experience includes education, the public sector, professional services, media, communications and technology. A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Jane has a Bachelor of Arts degree (honours) from the University of Warwick.
