As a member of the firm’s Financial Services Sector, David conducts executive searches and assessments in the Banking, Private Equity and Real Estate industries. He also leads evaluation projects and searches for Energy and Commodities clients. Prior to joining the firm, David was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, where he mainly worked on strategic and organizational topics for diverse clients including financial institutions (commercial and private banks, insurance companies), power and gas mid-stream players and chemical companies. Before that, he held associate roles at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, and in the Investment Banking division of BNP Paribas and Fortis where he covered M&A and Equity Capital Markets deals. David holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School and the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. David is fluent in French, Dutch and English and conversational in Spanish.
