Rie Chiba is an Associate in Odgers Berndtson‘s Tokyo office with close to a decade of executive search experience. She has ample experience in identifying both future leaders and accomplished executives in Japan and Asia Pacific. Rie’s expertise will be applied in the Consumer and Retail, Life Science, Industrial and Technology Practices. Rie previously lived in the UK and Southeast Asia, where she gained experience working at IT, hospitality and manufacturing multinationals. She holds a BA degree in International Culture from the Ferris University.
