Nicole is a Associate Consultant focusing on legal and compliance roles at Taylor Root in the USA. Working closely with the in-house and the private practice teams, she sources, registers candidates, market maps and maintains relationships with the strongest candidates within the industry. Nicole graduated from the City University of New York with a BA degree in Political Science with a focus in International studies. She then joined the New York State Senate and United States Senate as a legislative assistant, where she worked closely with state representatives to push polices, communicate with constituents and support staff in drafting legal documents and correspondents. Outside of the legislature Nicole worked with various non-profit organizations to increase awareness on various government policies. Before joining Taylor Root she worked for three years in various recruitment sectors including healthcare & engineering.
