Darren brings 15 years of experience in executive search to the Professional Services sectors, with international experience including Europe and North America. Darren has undertaken Director, Partner and Team move search assignments for leading management consultancies, SI's and strategy houses. For five years, Darren focussed on Retail and Investment Banking sectors covering TransforDarren Headmation and Risk. For the last 10 years, Darren has developed a deep understanding of the human capital advisory sector for Partner Search assignments in Leadership & Executive Development, Organizational Strategy & Design and Executive Assessment. Prior to search, Darren worked for Lincoln Financial Group as a Compensation & Benefits Advisor advising the Leadership Team on UK workforce compensation including job evaluation and company wide projects such as the development of a global grading structure, annual bonus plan and long term incentive plans.
