Based in Montreal, Jérôme Piché is active in a number of sectors and functional areas. A consultant with Spencer Stuart since 1997, Jérôme focuses on the firm’s Industrial, Financial Services, Private Equity and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices. During his tenure at the firm, Jérôme has worked on a wide variety of board director and executive-level search assignments, including CEOs and general managers as well as vice presidents in all functional areas. Jérôme has experience recruiting executives across Canada as well as the United States and overseas to work for Canadian-based companies. He has served large public companies and a number of private equity and venture capital-backed companies. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jérôme spent 10 years with a leading Canadian telecommunications service provider in a variety of management positions. In addition, he co-authored a book about business ethics. Jérôme holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the École Polytechnique of the Université de Montréal.
