Tamim is currently a Senior Consultant with the Amrop Saudi Arabia office and has been with the organization since late 2016 when he joined as an Associate Consultant. Since he joined Amrop he has covered multiple searches across multiple industries and functions in Saudi Arabia. He has also been responsible for leading multiple cross-border searches within Amrop and the optimization of Amrop processes both domestically and internationally. Additionally, he has helped conduct multiple leadership assessment projects in Saudi Arabia across multiple industries. Prior to joining Amrop, he began his professional career in management consulting where he worked with numerous government and private sector clients that spanned the Health, Finance, Tourism, Governmental and Non-profit sectors. Outside of his consulting career he has also held strategy roles within the technology sector in the Middle East. Tamim holds a BA degree from the American University in Cairo with a double major in Political Science and History. He also holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales with a double specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management.
