Ian provides critical advice in stressed and distressed situations for a range of clients and stakeholders. He has over 19 years of experience in advising companies, lenders, and investors in a number of different engagements, including implementing complex, cross-border financial restructurings, producing independent business reviews, creating contingency plans, performing options analyses, and undertaking formal insolvency assignments. Ian also undertook a secondment to the structuring and syndication team at a major UK asset-backed lender.​ Ian has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in management sciences from Loughborough University, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a licensed insolvency practitioner.​ Ian is recognized in INSOL International’s 2022 Young Practitioner Spotlight and the Global Restructuring Review 2022 as a “rising star” in the global restructuring and insolvency market.
