As a Strategic Advisor, Joe partners with clients to solve business problems with integrated solutions that leverage the full range and impact of Korn Ferry's services. Joe supports his clients in driving the right business outcomes through enhanced leadership development, cultural transformations, redefined talent strategies, improved performance management, rapid strategic alignment, focused assessments, and salesforce transformations. Joe has designed and delivered solutions across multiple industries and has significant experience with senior and executive leaders. His customized solutions have a pragmatic bias towards action, experimentation, learning forward, and measuring impact. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Joe was a Partner and Managing Director at BTS, as well as an U.S. Army Officer with tours in Iraq and Korea. Joe has a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Joe also hold an MS and Ed.D in Organizational Learning and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania. Joe's primary research involves the relationship between senior leader behavior and its impact on successful (or failed) strategy execution.
