She also specializes in supporting clients to develop capabilities in commercial, marketing, strategy, and digital transformation. Based in Paris, Chiara brings two decades of experience as a trusted advisor to CEOs. She has a record of driving growth and digitally enabled transformation in fast-paced international Blue Chip environments across industries. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Chiara was Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer at GE Healthcare for the EMEA region. She represented GE Healthcare as their COCIR board member. During her tenure at GE, she held a variety of executive leadership roles across healthcare, renewable energy, and oil and gas. Previously, she was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where she conducted national and international B2B and B2C projects. Chiara attained a master's degree in innovation management from the School of Advanced Studies Sant'Anna following a degree in economics at the University of Pisa. In 2019, she received an award recognizing the top 10 managers in Italy. She speaks English, Italian and French. She also collaborates with HealthManagement as part of the Editorial Board.
