Ms. Butler brings over 20 years of experience and has a proven track record of partnering with clients to create solutions for a variety of complex leadership and talent challenges. Previously, she worked as the vice president of organizational development services for a global human resource organization. Earlier in her career, Ms. Butler held several Talent Management leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Butler is a member of the Executive to Leader Institute consulting team. Her areas of expertise include executive assessment, leadership development, top team effectiveness, executive coaching and succession planning. Ms. Butler expertise spans across a variety of industries including healthcare, life sciences, consumer, technology, and financial services. She also has extensive global experience and works with leaders in Europe, Latin America and Asia. Ms. Butler holds a master of science degree in organizational development and training from St. Joseph's University. She completed her bachelor's degree in communication at West Chester University. Ms. Butler teaches mindfulness meditation and other meditation practices in both corporate and community settings.
