Paulo Mendes is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ São Paulo and Rio de Janiero offices and a member of the CEO & Board of Directors and Industrial practices. He specializes in leading searches for CEOs, general managers, operating partners, and business heads. Paulo was founding partner of AMROP 2Get, a local executive search firm in Brazil, when it was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2019. He led that firm’s consumer goods and industry practices. Before founding 2GET, Paulo built expertise in sales and marketing, having worked as an operating partner to Galicia Investimentos on Construtora Tenda until the sale of the company to Gafisa. In addition, he held positions in companies in the industrial sector.
