Petr joined Korn Ferry from other executive search firm. Prior to that, he was at Swiss Life, AG, where he held parallel roles of CEO for Swiss Life Select Czech Republic and Head of Corporate Development for Swiss Life International. In this position, he focused on restructuring international sales, integrating operations and coordinating strategic initiatives, acquisitions and partnerships. Previously, Petr was the Head of Private Banking and a member of the Executive Committee at Raiffeisenbank in Prague, where he led general management of the bank’s support functions and helped shepherd the organization through multiple restructurings. Under his leadership, the private bank won several prestigious Euromoney awards, including best private bank in the Czech Republic. Earlier, he spent seven years at McKinsey & Co. in Switzerland, ending his tenure as an Engagement Manager. Petr began his career as Consultant for Arthur Andersen, working in both the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Petr holds an MBA in international business development and MA in international studies from the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute, respectively, at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Roland S. Lauder Fellow. He is fluent in German, English and Czech.
